You launched your offer with Ourcart and want to understand the survey results
Once you have defined your survey questions and your offer is live, as consumers start entering the flow and uploading receipts, they will be presented with a customizable survey.
The survey consists of four questions, two single or multiple-choice questions (you can ask anything with a limit of 5 answer options), one ratings question and one open-ended question.
The survey results appear on your Dashboard in a charted format:
The open-ended question will pop up in a text descriptive table:
EXPORT
You can export the survey data directly from the "export" function at the top right corner of your page.
Here is How to export 1st party data.
By utilizing this feature you will be able to see survey results down to the consumer level. In other words, you can see e-mail and phone number of the consumer who answered each question separately and take action depending on the feedback received!
Another option is to utilize the "three dots" present at the top right corner of each chart. This will give you the possibility to view a summary of results and/or export the results into a CSV File.
By utilizing this feature, you will only download the results (numbers), not the consumer email and phone number.
TAKE OUT
Having the ability to access real-time consumer data and insights from your dashboard gives you the option to change and adapt your marketing strategies, see if all is well with distribution, packaging and what is the overall opinion on the retailer, for example.
